We do not have control over customs and are not responsible for any potential delays. Tracking information will be provided as soon as we have it.

Approximate Delivery Times (excluding weekends/holidays):

  • a) United States: ~3-8 business days (tracking available)

  • b) Other Countries: ~3-12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

 

Shipping Delays

 

Though very rare, your delivery might take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur during transit, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such situations. In these cases, if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 30-60 business days, we will send out a new item.

This is more likely to happen during busy holiday seasons, such as the end of the year (November-December), during promotional periods, or at other times.

 

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

 

Processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders typically take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (inspected, packaged, handed over to the logistics team, and sent to the post office).

Once your order is processed, the item is picked up by the shipping carrier. An email with online tracking information will be available on the website.

Processing Delays: In very rare cases, processing can take longer than the estimated time. During busy periods like holidays or promotions, processing times may be longer. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Once an order is accepted, you cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

If you cancel an order 30 minutes before it is processed, a transaction fee of $20 will be charged per order.

If we have contacted you to let you know your order has been processed, that order cannot be canceled.
